Return and Exchange policy

Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. 
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images on WhatsApp or email us at dressinstyle.dis@gmail.com. Further steps for replacement, or full refund will be communicated.
  • Colour differences from website images are not considered as damaged products, it can be camera effect, if you have the doubt plz call or WhatsApp  at 8299234546 to get the confirmation, before you place any order.
  • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

 

REQUEST EMAIL

  • The request email for return should be sent to dressinstyle.dis@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information – Order Number, Delivery Address, Reason for Return, Package/Product Images in case the package received was damaged.
  • Once your request is received and approved by the Dress In Style Customer Care, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.It may take 8-10 days for find Exchange or Refund(If applicable).
